The Medical School hosted another successful membership examination for the Royal College of Surgeons of England (MRCS Eng) on 26 October.  It was the fourth Intercollegiate MRCS (IMRCS) examination hosted in Cyprus by the Medical School.  The educational infrastructure as well as the superb laboratory facilities of the Medical School are among the decisive factors for the Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCS Eng) to use Cyprus as one of its international examination centres.  Candidates come from the Mediterranean and the Middle East and must hold a recognised medical qualification to participate in the examination.  By being one of the IMRCS international testing centres, the Medical School brings global recognition not only to the University of Nicosia but also to Cyprus.
