Three new Full-time Faculty members have joined the Medical School Team as of September 1, 2017: Dr Constantinos Zervides, Dr Panayiota Andreou and Dr Behrooz Behbod.
Dr Behrooz Behbod has been appointed as Assistant Professor of Epidemiology and Public Health. Dr Behbod holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MB ChB) from the University of Leeds Medical School, an MSc in Environmental Health from the Cyprus International Institute for the Environment and Public Health in association with Harvard School of Public Health, and a Doctor of Science in Environmental Epidemiology from the Harvard School of Public Health.
Dr Constantinos Zervides has been appointed as Assistant Professor of Medical Physics. Dr Zervides holds a B.Eng. First Class Honours in Medical Systems Engineering, an MSc Distinction in Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering, IPEM Accredited, and a PhD in Medical Physics and Engineering from the University of Sheffield.
Dr Panayiota Andreou has been appointed as Assistant Professor of Clinical Communication. Dr Andreou holds a BSc Psychology (Honours), School of Psychology, Royal Holloway University of London, an MSc Health Psychology, School of Psychology from the University of Bath, and a PhD from the School of Medicine University of Southampton.
