The University of Nicosia Medical School has reached agreements with the Arnold School of Public Health and the School of Medicine of the University of South Carolina. Both agreements cover the exchange of students, faculty and staff, and the development of collaborative opportunities in research and education.
Following a successful visit by Executive Dean, Professor Andreas Charalambous, and Assistant Professor, Dr Behrooz Behbod, the agreements were signed in Columbia, South Carolina on 4 December 2017 by the President of the University of South Carolina, Professor Harris Pastides and by the Executive Dean of the Medical School, Professor Andreas Charalambous.
