The University of Nicosia Medical School is currently participating in the project ‘Curriculum Development using VR technology to enhance empathetic communication skills in future health care professionals’ (EmpathyInHealth). The Research Project is funded by the Erasmus+ programme (KA203 Strategic Partnerships for higher education) to develop a curriculum on empathetic skills development based on up to date evidence and cutting-edge technology tools. The Project is coordinated by the Mediterranean Management Centre (MMC), while the consortium includes international partners from Greece, Germany and Belgium.

As part of the dissemination activities of the project, we would like to invite key stakeholders of the Health Care Sector as well as members of the management and faculty of Higher Education Institutions in Cyprus to participate at this ‘Multiplier Event’ of the Project which aims to familiarize participants with the developed curriculum. The attendees will also have an opportunity to practise with the use of VR scenarios.

Location, Date and Time:

The Multiplier Event will take place on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 between 17:00 – 21:00 at the UNESCO Amphitheatre located at the University of Nicosia Main Campus. Coffee and Dinner will be offered to all attendees.
