Marios Zenon Panos is a Clinical Professor of Gastroenterology at the University of Nicosia Medical School.
Prof Panos holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiology (BSc Hons), a Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and a Doctor of Medicine, all from the University of London. He is Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP (UK), Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP (London) and Fellow of the European Board of Gastroenterology (FEBG), American Gastroenterology Association Fellow (AGAF).
His research covers quality in gastrointestinal endoscopy, adenoma detection rate, polyp resection methods, and the use of argon plasma coagulation in gastrointestinal endoscopy.
