Marios Pedonomou is Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Nicosia Medical School.
Dr Pedonomou holds an MD Degree after completion of his studies in Human Medicine from the University of Düsseldorf Medical School in Germany, an MSc Degree in Health Services Management from the Open University of Cyprus and a PhD Degree in Medicine from the University of Düsseldorf Medical School, Germany. He has the title of consultant surgeon after completion of his training in General Surgery from the University of Athens, Greece
His research covers the areas of bariatric and metabolic surgery, laparoscopic cholecystectomies, laparoscopic procedures, breast surgery and thyroid surgery
