The Wellness Club

The purpose of The Wellness Club is to enrich the lives and health of the academic community and to aid in maintaining and monitoring a healthy lifestyle for university students.

The Primary Objectives of the Club are:

  1. To coordinate affordable, weekly wellness classes for students, which are taught by the students themselves (and/or in some cases professionals) and held at UNic’s dance centre.

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Yoga
  • Dance
  • Pilates
  • Flexibility
  • Zumba
  1. Plan other events or activities not inconsistent with the above or the objects of the Club:
  • Meditation/De-stressor workshops for students.
  • Yoga retreat to Limassol and/or Troodos.
