This morning five medical students, members of the Mobile Clinic Club, visited The English School, a private high school in Nicosia, to talk about sexual health to students aged 15.  This was the first of a series of presentations to take place in public and private high schools in the region of Nicosia during this academic year.  Other presentations will include topics such as healthy eating and smoking.

In a packed hall of over 150 students, the medical students gave an interactive presentation involving their audience from the first to the last minute. Students learnt about consent, how to avoid pregnancy, and about sexually transmitted infections, in an event that featured video clips, images and activities.

The team was supervised by George Sycallides, Director of Communications.
