The University of Nicosia regards research as an important and essential part of its academic activities. In order to encourage faculty to engage in research, the Medical School has developed The University of Nicosia Medical School Research Seed Fund.
The objective of the University of Nicosia Medical School Research Seed Fund is to provide funding for small Research Projects that will encourage faculty of the Medical School to develop Research Teams and produce data that can be incorporated in Research Proposals intended for submission to national and international research funding bodies.
Results of ‘The 2019 Call for the Submission of Research Proposals to be funded by The University of Nicosia Medical School Research Seed Fund’
The first Call for submission of Research Proposals to be funded by the University of Nicosia Medical School Research Seed Fund was announced on April 10th, 2019. The deadline for the submission of applications was May 31st, 2019 and the requested funding was €10000 per Research Proposal.
