Year 5 students of the MD programme Christos Bachtsetzis, Helmi Abdalbari and Nada El Dakroury participated in the ‘6th Top to Toe Transcatheter Solutions Conference 2020’ that was held between  13 – 15 February 2020 at Conrad Hotel in Dubai, UAE.

The students presented a poster with the title: ‘Clinical report of a rare, reverse Takotsubo syndrome (TTS) case showing persistent ECG abnormalities (hyperacute T waves) in a 30-year-old post-partum female patient.’  The poster was authored by the three year 5 students of the MD programme  who are currently carrying out their clinical placements at Limassol General Hospital and by three doctors at Limassol General Hospital (Dr Photini Apostolou,  Dr Chrysostomos Mavroudis and Dr Andreas Andreou).  The project was supervised by Dr Andreas Andreou, Interventional Cardiologist.
