by Mr. Gaurav Vohra, “Yoga Guru and Teacher of Indian Culture” of the High Commission of India, Nicosia.

This session aligns with EUPHA PH Week Wednesday theme of: “Staying Together for Mental Health“. *For this session, we recommend having available a Yoga mat or a place to lie down.
