Loading Events

Getting a good night’s sleep is an important aspect of a healthy lifestyle. Sleep is also significant for maintaining a healthy weight.  People who do not get enough sleep are more likely to gain weight and become obese.

On the occasion of World Obesity Day, 4 March 2021, the University of Nicosia Medical School in collaboration with the University of Nicosia Medical Centre, and with the support of the Engomi Municipality, invite you to a free online session about the relationship between sleep and weight and about tips for getting a good night’s sleep.

Presented by Dr Maria Cecilia Mosquera, Assistant Professor | Department of Primary Care and Population Health, University of Nicosia Medical School.
